Australia’s favourite adventure-loving larrikin Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins has taken off to the Top End in the second instalment of ‘Off the Grid with the Badger’ in partnership with BCF.
From close encounters with feral buffaloes, sharks and deadly saltwater crocs, season two of ‘Off the Grid with the Badger’ is action-packed and according to Cummins, “a helluva adventure”.
Cummins and his best mate Blair Frendin hit the road in the Amarok to venture up to the Northern Territory’s wild gem, Arnhem Land.
A true test of Cummins and Frendin’s bush skills, mateship and outdoor ingenuity, the boys dive head first from the big smoke into the heat of off grid living.
BCF had us fully equipped to tackle every challenge the Top End had for us. The wildlife and terrain were on another level and it was definitely an experience I won’t forget,” says Cummins.
Season one of ‘Off the Grid with the Badger’ saw the boys take on the rugged wilderness of Western Australia’s Kimberley region, amassing a hugely successful 3 million episode views.
“After seeing the appetite from the public for ‘Off the Grid with the Badger’, we’re extremely excited to be serving up a second instalment”, said Ben McConnell, General Manager of Marketing & Ecommerce for BCF.
The second series of ‘Off the Grid with the Badger’ is developed and produced by Cummins’ management agency, Lampoon Group.
Cummins’ Manager and Executive Producer, Josh White, says, “we are really pumped to be delivering another action-packed series for BCF. Nick really is in his element when he is ‘off the grid’ and we can’t wait for audiences to see what the boys get up to in Arnhem Land.”
Cummins’ existing partner, Volkswagen Amarok, also features throughout the production.
The five-part series premieres on BCF’s Facebook page from 7.30PM AEDT on Wednesday 24 February, with episodes rolling out weekly.
